The Deep Dive is for men who are interested in cultivating an anchor of embodiment in their lives through the connection and witness of other men and brothers. The Deep Dive is a type of retreat that offers physical, emotional, cognitive, and relational experiences.

This experience in the Ghost Wilderness, in the North of Banff National Park in Alberta is a deep-into-the-woods type of experience. We are going to be camping, no phone signal, surronded by ancestral mountains and the Ghost River. It will be the fifth experience there with Man Aligned. 

We are building the whole campsite together, creating everything from scratch and connecting in the woods like our ancestors used to do. Men have often say they have done their deepest work on a Deep Dive and have formed life long connections with other brothers from their regions though Man Aligned events.
