Welcome to the Deep Dive Experience
The Deep Dive is for men who are interested in cultivating an anchor of embodiment in their lives through the connection and witness of other men in brotherhood. The Deep Dive is a type of retreat that offers physical, emotional, cognitive, and relational experiences.
This experience is our 4 day men's retreat and it is a deep-into-the-woods type of experience. We are going to be camping, no phone signal, surronded by ancestral mountains.
We are building the whole campsite together, creating everything from scratch and connecting in the woods like our ancestors used to do. Men have often say they have done their deepest work on a Deep Dive and have formed life long connections with other brothers from their regions though Man Aligned events.
What is the Deep Dive?
This event is experienced on intimate teams, facilitated by Man Aligned Leaders that have been working with men and healing over the past years.
The Deep Dive is about acknowledging the existence of those inner-shadows and getting curious about exploring them in a safe space with people they trust. And by creating awareness to them they can take control over their actions and also empower the self to live more deliberately and consciously.
Creating a safe space for men to connect in brotherhood and access part that has been hidden from themselves and bring light and love for those emotions to rise and be held in a comfort zone.
What happens at the Deep Dive?
This is a you-have-to-be-there type of experience, it's hard to put in words.
Through somatic practices and proven techniques it allows the facilitators to work with the unconscious mind in order to uncover parts of the self that have been repressed and hidden overtime. Such as: BREATH WORK, SACRED FIRE, CONNECTION WITH THE EARTH, BANYA - SWEAT LODGE, COLD PLUNGE, SOUND HEALING, SOUND HEALING, PHYSICAL MOVEMENT
We connect, form relationships, make eye contact, challenge each other, express our truths, appreciate nourishment, hike, dance and watch the flame of brotherhood burn. To learn more about the Deep Dive, enroll and find out what it means to be you.
